On today's call are Latham's President and CEO, Scott Rajeski; Interim CFO, Mark Borseth; and Incoming CFO, Oliver Gloe.

Thanks, Nicole. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us for our third quarter fiscal 2023 earnings call. Before we begin, I want to quickly introduce our incoming CFO, Oliver Gloe. Oliver joined Latham with over 20 years of finance experience within global manufacturing companies, most recently served with Fortune Brands Innovations as the Chief Financial Officer, Outdoors & Security.

We believe his expertise in leading global financial operations and implementing strategies that enhance customer focus and improved leverage of scale will be invaluable to Latham as we continue to execute on our fiberglass conversion strategies.
