On today's call are Latam's President and CEO, Scott Rajeski; and CFO, Robert Masson. Following their remarks, we will open up the call to questions.

Such statements reflect the company's views with respect to future events as of today and are based on our management's current expectations, estimates, forecasts, projections, assumptions, beliefs and information. These statements are subject to a number of risks that could cause actual events and results to differ materially. Such risks and other factors are set forth in the company's earnings release posted to its Investor Relations website and will be provided in our Form 10-Q for the second quarter of fiscal year 2022.
The company expressly disclaims any obligation to update or review publicly any forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, except as required by applicable law. In addition, during today's call, the company will discuss non-GAAP financial measures, which we believe could be useful in evaluating our performance. Reconciliations of adjusted EBITDA to net income calculated under GAAP can be found in our earnings press release and will be included in our Form 10-Q for Q2 2022.
I'll now turn the call over to Scott Rajeski.
