Thank you, Jim. Good afternoon, everyone and thanks for joining us. My comments today will be somewhat brief given the short amount of time between our yearend call and today. I'll begin first with a business update. I'll then pass it over to Kevin for a brief review of the financials, and then I'll return with some concluding remarks.

Looking at the first quarter, I'm happy to report that 2022 is off to a strong start, thanks to the execution and focus across the entire solar power team. I will be providing you with an update on our operational investments and cell development progress, but in short, one we are nearing completion of our EV cell pilot production line. Two, we have made meaningful progress constructing our electrolyte facility. Three, revenue came in ahead of expectations and finally four, we remain on track with all of our operational and developmental targets. In all, we believe we are well positioned to achieve our goals by the end of this year.
