Today's agenda will include a review of our first quarter results with Dave Sipes, Chief Executive Officer; Sam Wilson, our Chief Financial Officer; and Hunter Middleton, our Chief Product Officer, who will give you an overview of our product strategy.

On the call today, I will review our first quarter results and give an update on the integration of Fuze, which continues to go well. I will also discuss our plans for fiscal year 2023 as we place greater emphasis on profitability and cash flow generation in the near term.
