Thank you operator. Good afternoon everyone. Today's agenda will include a review of our fourth quarter and full fiscal year results with Dave Sipes, Chief Executive Officer; and Sam Wilson, our Chief Financial Officer. Following our prepared remarks there will be a question-and-answer session.

On the call today, I will review the quarter and fiscal year using the strategic priorities we outlined on our fourth quarter 2021 call as a framework. I will also give an update on the integration of Fuze and our progress and plans for the fiscal year 2023.
