Hello, and thanks for joining us for our second quarter 2023 earnings call. It's a pleasure to be with all of you. In today's prepared remarks, I will be referring to an investor presentation which is posted on our Investor Relations website. In addition, I encourage you to review our press release and 10-Q, which contain more detail on our Q2 results. I will start today's call on slide 5 with a top-level overview on Groupon.
