I'd like to begin by reiterating our deep commitment to advancing our organization and improving the lives of patients with genetically defined diseases in areas of high unmet medical need. In the first few months of 2023, we continued to make progress to address the FTX-6058 clinical hold and advance our Phase 3 REACH trial of Losmapimod in Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy.
