Thank you, Marissa. Good afternoon and thank you all for joining us. I'd like to kick off the call by providing an update on the significant progress we've made in our first year as an independent company, before turning the call to Rich Heppenstall, our Chief Financial Officer, to review our financial performance for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022.

Understanding that we still have substantial work ahead of us, I'd like to take a moment to commend our internal teams who have demonstrated tremendous capacity, adaptability and efficiency, as we complete the steps to stand up our business post spin and lay the foundation for future growth.
