Today, we will discuss our first quarter results and our overall business performance. Joining me on the call are Jim Kelly, our Chief Executive Officer; Tom Panther, our Chief Financial Officer; Darren Wilson, President of the International segment; Brendan Tansill, President of the Americas segment.

Thank you, Ed. Good morning everyone and thank you for joining us today. In the first quarter, EVO demonstrated strong performance across our markets as we executed on our solid sales strategies to capitalize on the favorable macroeconomic trends across the Americas and Europe to grow the business.
