In the nearly three months since I joined Gap Inc. as CEO, I’ve hit the ground running, immersing myself in the business, assessing brands and functions, and meeting people in every corner of the Company. I’ve met many of our customers and employees, visiting stores across the country. I’ve also met with many of you, our shareholders, to hear your views and understand your perspectives, and all of this has been incredibly insightful.
