Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to embecta's fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2023 earnings conference call. With me today are Dev Kurdikar, embecta's President and Chief Executive Officer; and Jake Elguicze, our Chief Financial Officer.
