Good morning and thank you for joining the Lands’ End earnings call for a discussion of our third quarter 2023 results, which we released this morning and can be found on our website, landsend.com. I am Bernie McCracken, Lands’ End’s Chief Financial Officer and I am pleased to join you today with Andrew McLean, our Chief Executive Officer. Before I turn to our Q3 results, I’d like to congratulate Bernie on his appointment to Chief Financial Officer, which we announced in September after having served as our interim CFO since January. I couldn’t be more pleased to continue working with Bernie and I am more than confident that he will continue to lead our financial organization with abstinence.
