Good afternoon. Thank you for attending today's Vintage Wine Estates First Quarter Fiscal Year '24 financial results. My name is and I will be your moderator for today's call. [Operator Instructions]. I would now like to hand the conference over to our host, Deborah Pawlowski, Investor Relations, with Vintage Wine Estates, you make go ahead.

Thanks, Hannah, and good afternoon, everyone. We certainly appreciate your time today and your interest in Vintage Wine Estate. On the call with me are Seth Kaufman, our new President and CEO, who just recently joined the company on October 30. Also with us is Chris Johnston, our CFO.

That is going to begin with 100 day plan priorities and an overview of our progress. Then Chris will review financial results after which Seth will wrap up. We will then open the call for questions.
