Good morning all and thank you for joining us on today's call. I am pleased with the results of the fourth quarter and full year of 2023. For the quarter, we reported revenue of $327.3 million and net income of $132.4 million. For the full year, we reported revenue of $1.3 billion and net income of $433.6 million. Net earnings per common unit was $4.30 for the quarter and $14.08 for the full year. The general background in which we operate is important.
