Thanks Operator, and welcome everyone to our fourth quarter and fiscal year earnings call. Let me provide a quick agenda for today’s call. I’ll start with an overview of our fourth quarter financial results and the primary factors that contributed to our performance, followed by a review of some of our recent operational highlights. Elaine will then cover our quarterly financial results in further detail and review our 2024 financial guidance, which we introduced in our earnings press release this morning. I’ll conclude by discussing our outlook and strategic priorities for 2024 before we open the call for questions.
