Good afternoon and welcome to Mister Car Wash's Conference Call to discuss Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year ending December 31, 2023. Good afternoon and thank you for joining our Q4 earnings call. This past year, we delivered solid results, driven by our focus on continuously improving our services, our physical plants and our teams, which resulted in a better overall experience for our customers. Our obsession around delighting our customers begins with delivering a consistently clean, dry and shiny car with exceptional customer service in a super speedy way, all of which takes a team of highly trained and motivated operators who love what they do.
