Reflecting on 2023, I'm proud of the progress we have made as a company and the dedication and resilience demonstrated by our teams worldwide. 2023 was a pivotal year for Telefonica, where we enhanced our networks, our operations and an overall customer experience. While there is clearly a lot more to do, I am confident that we have a solid foundation to build upon.
