Good morning and welcome to 3D Systems conference call to discuss the preliminary results of the fourth quarter and full year 2023. The financial results presented on today's call and included in our earnings release are unaudited. The company is in the process of completing its quarterly and year-end close process. Accordingly, actual results may differ from the anticipated results discussed today and shown in our earnings release. We're delaying the filing of our annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, and will file a Form 12b-25 notification of late filing with the SEC to extend the deadline to file the form 10-K. Our final audited financial results will be included in the Form 10-K once filed.
