Thanks, Katie, and thank you all for joining us for TCPC's Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2023 Earnings Call. I will begin the call with an overview of our fourth quarter and full year results and then provide an update on our proposed merger with our affiliate BDC BlackRock Capital Investment Corporation or BCIC. Phill Tseng, our President and Chief Operating Officer, will then review the investment environment and our portfolio activity. Erik Cuellar, our Chief Financial Officer, will review our financial results as well as our capital and liquidity and pertindetail.
