Thank you for joining us today for our fourth quarter and full-year 2023 earnings conference call. 2023 was a year in which PropertyGuru demonstrated strength and agility with double-digit revenue growth and double-digit adjusted EBITDA margin while navigating a challenging and unpredictable macroeconomic environment. These results underscore our strong execution and ability to focus investments against the backdrop of varying market conditions, especially in Malaysia and Vietnam.
We remain confident in our ability to be the trusted adviser for our residential customers as they strive to achieve their homeownership goals and help our business customers unlock their true potential using PropertyGuru's data and technology solutions.
