Joining me this morning is our CEO, Fabrizio Barderi, and our CFO, Giuseppe Turchiarelli. As announced yesterday by our Board of Directors today is the last day of our CEO, Fabrizio Barderi, after 2 years in charge of our company, assuming a new position within Enel S.p.A in Italy. During the period that – the new CEO shall be decided, Giuseppe Turchiarelli shall accept being as Interim CEO of Enel Chile.
