Good afternoon, and thank you for joining Cadre's earnings call to discuss our results for the fourth quarter and full year 2023. I am joined today by our President, Brad Williams and Chief Financial Officer, Blaine Browers. Finishing up the fourth quarter and closing the year strong in 2023, I continue to be very proud of the focus and execution of our management team as demonstrated in achieving record results for annual revenue, adjusted EBITDA, gross margin and adjusted EBITDA margin.
