Thank you, Daniel. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Bristow Group's fourth quarter and full year 2023 earnings conference call. I am joined on the call today with our President and Chief Executive Officer, Chris Bradshaw; and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer Whalen.
Before we begin, I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that during the course of this call, management may make forward-looking statements that are subject to risks and uncertainties that are described in more detail on Slide 3, of our Investor Presentation. You may access our Investor Presentation on our website. We will also reference certain non-GAAP financial measures such as EBITDA and free cash flow. A reconciliation of such measures to GAAP is included in our earnings release and our Investor Presentation.
I will now turn the call over to our President and CEO. Chris?
Christopher Bradshaw
Thank you, Red.
On February 28, one of Bristow's search and rescue helicopters, registration LN-OIJ with six crew members on board was involved in an accident during a SAR training exercise approximately 15 nautical miles west of Bergen, Norway. On behalf of all Bristow team members around the world, I extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of our dear colleague whose life was lost in that tragic accident. This is a deeply sad and difficult time and we will carry this loss with us always. We are relieved to share that the other five crew members have now either been released from the hospital or remain in stable condition at the hospital. Our highest priority is to take care of our crew and their family members and provide them with any assistance needed. Bristow is fully cooperating with authorities investigating the accident and we will provide future updates as appropriate.
