Thank you, Craig, and welcome everyone. With a backdrop of macro uncertainty and other challenges, the Allient team once again delivered on a number of successes during the past year. This included the kick-off of our next stage of growth with a refined strategy that brought on a new corporate name and ticker and included the publishing of our inaugural sustainability report, which highlights our vision for an approach to corporate sustainability.
