Thank you very much, Diego, and welcome everyone to American Vanguard's fourth quarter and full year 2023 earnings review. Our speakers today will be Mr. Eric Wintemute, Chairman and CEO of American Vanguard; Mr. David Johnson, the Company's Chief Financial Officer; assisting in your questions Mr. Bob Trogele, the Company's Chief Operating Officer; Mr. Don Gualdoni, the Chief Transformation Officer; and Tim Donnelly, the Chief Administrative Officer.

With respect to the filing of our Form 10-K, we are still in the midst of completing documentation and will likely be filing with the SEC for an extension to the due date under Rule 12b-25. Thus the 10-K will be filed within 15 days after March 15, 2024.
