Thank you, operator. Good afternoon. And thank you for joining us today to discuss our results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended January 31, 2024. During the call, unless otherwise noted, all financial metrics we discuss will be non-GAAP financial measures, which are not prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. In addition, any year-over-year comparisons to the full-year results for fiscal 2023 are on a pro-forma basis to include Codecademy’s financial results prior to its acquisition on April 4th, 2022. In addition to the press release we issued today after market close announcing Skillsoft's financial results, we also issued a press release announcing a leadership transition, as Ron Hovsepian has been named by the Board to the role of Executive Chair and Principal Executive Officer, and Jeff Tarr will retire from his positions as CEO and a member of the Board, each effective as of April 16th, 2024.
