Thank you, Danielle. Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining our call today. I want to start off by thanking Chuck Sulerzyski for his service over his 13-year tenure with the bank as he retired effective March 31. Chuck was instrumental in moving us into the future. Cleaning up our credit quality after the great recession, driving shareholder value through improved performance, both organically and through acquisitions; advancing our technology to match that of our largest competitors and probably the most important part of his legacy, leaving behind a culture that promotes the well-being of associates, which creates a better customer experience and focuses on giving back to our communities in a meaningful way.
