Thank you, Christina and good morning everyone. For the first quarter of 2024, we reported net earnings of $48.6 million or $0.35 per share representing our 188th consecutive quarter of profitability.
We previously declared a $0.2 per share dividend for the first quarter of 2024 representing our 138th consecutive quarter of paying a cash dividend to our shareholders.
Our net earnings of $48.6 million or $0.35 per share compared to $48.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2023 or $0.35 per share and $59.3 million for the year ago quarter or $0.42 per share. We produced a return on average tangible common equity of 15.13% and a return on average assets of 1.21% for the first quarter of 2024.
