Thank you, Brooks. Good morning and welcome to Byline's first quarter earnings call. We appreciate all of you taking the time to join the call. With me this morning are Chairman Roberto Herencia, our CFO, Tom Bell, and our Chief Credit Officer, Mark Fucinato.
