Thank you, Al, and good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us for our first quarter 2024 earnings call. I'm very proud of the strong performance our team was able to deliver in the first quarter, and I believe these results position us well for the remainder of the year. We've gotten off to a great start, and we are maintaining that momentum.
