Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our earnings call, the first one in 2023 -- the first one in 2024 about the year of 2023. We're now going to look at some highlights. I'd like to start off speaking about the simplification of the administrative structure. We are spread all over the country and our objective in the administration was to be able to manage the business in all of the possibilities.
