Good morning. Thank you all for joining us. Today, we’ll cover the results for the first quarter 2024 ended March 31. Today, we have Amir Vexler, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Kevin Harrill, our Chief Financial Officer.

Thank you, Dan, and thank you to everyone on the call today. In the first quarter, we achieved $43.7 million in total revenue, $4.3 million in gross profit, and a net loss of $6.1 million.
