Hello, everyone. Albert Manifold here, CRH Group Chief Executive, and you're all very welcome to our Quarter One 2024 results presentation and conference call. Joining me on the call is Jim Mintern, our Group CFO; Randy Lake, Chief Operating Officer; and Tom Holmes, Head of Investor Relations.
Before we get started, I'll hand you over to Tom for some brief opening remarks.

I will now hand over to Albert, Jim and Randy to deliver some prepared remarks. After that, we will open the line for a Q&A session.

Over the next 20 minutes or so, we'll take you through a brief presentation of the results we've published this morning, highlighting the key drivers of our operating performance for the first three months of the year, our recent capital allocation and development activities as well as providing you with an update on our expectations for the year as a whole. Afterwards, we'll be available to take any questions that you may have and all told, we should be done in about 40 minutes or so.
