Thank you, Regina, and good day everyone, and welcome to the Phibro Animal Health Corporation earnings call for our fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2024. My name is Glenn David and I am the Chief Financial Officer. I'm joined on today's call by Jack Bendheim, Phibro's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer; Daniel Bendheim, Director and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy; and Larry Miller, our Chief Operating Officer.
Today we will cover our financial performance for the third quarter and provide an update on financial guidance for our fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. At the conclusion of our remarks, we will open the line for your questions.
