Thank you, Jack. We are speaking with you today from our global headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All eyes are on our city this week as it hosts one of the major events on the US political calendar. Just a few days ago we were pleased to welcome ambassadors from around the world to a breakfast event. During our time together, we discuss labor markets in the countries, particularly as many of them are undergoing shifts in the political landscape. Based on these conversations and with business leaders worldwide, it is evident that we're in rapidly changing times.
