Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining us. I'm extremely proud of our team for delivering solid results again this quarter despite freight conditions that remain challenging. Our operating performance continues to demonstrate that the transformative changes that we've made to derisk our business model, enhance returns and drive long-term profitable growth have significantly increased the earnings and return profile of the business versus prior cycles.
