Thank you, Jessica and thank you all for joining us as we review the financial results of the second quarter of 2024 for Central Pacific Financial Corp. With me this morning are Arnold Martines, who was recently appointed Chairman of our Board in addition to his role as President and Chief Executive Officer; David Morimoto, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Anna Hu, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.

We had a strong second quarter highlighted by NIM expansion, core deposit growth and improving net charge-offs. With half the year behind us, I am pleased with the results and have a positive outlook for the rest of the year.
