Great. Thank you, Mandeep, and good morning to everyone. Welcome to Unum Group's second quarter 2024 earnings call.

Yesterday afternoon, Unum released our second quarter earnings press release, financial supplement. We're excited to discuss our second quarter results, the robust performance in the first half of the year, and trends we see carrying us into the back half of 2024 and into 2025. Our purpose driven team has done an excellent job navigating the change in the environment and our market over the last several years and we are most appreciative of their efforts.
