Thank you, operator, and hello, everyone. Welcome to our second quarter 2024 conference call. With me today is our Chief Executive Officer, Aengus Kelly; and our Chief Financial Officer, Peter Juhas.

Thank you for joining us for our second quarter 2024 earnings call. I am pleased to report another quarter of strong earnings for AerCap generating adjusted net income of $592 million, and adjusted earnings per share of $3.01.

These results reflect wide-spread demand for our assets, strong cash collections and a constant focus on execution. As a result I’m pleased to increase our earnings guidance for the year to $9.20 to approximately $10.25, not including gains on sale in the second half of the year.
