Thank you, operator. Welcome to Olympic Steel's earnings call for the Second Quarter of 2024. Our call this morning will be hosted by our Chief Executive Officer, Rick Marabito, and we will also be joined by our President and Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Greiff.

Thank you, Rich, and good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today to discuss Olympic Steel's 2024 second quarter results.
I'll begin by summarizing our results for the second quarter, how all three of our segments delivered profitable results despite a challenging pricing environment and I'll talk about how our diversified offerings and end products, a richer, higher margin mix of flat-rolled products and additional fabrication capabilities are all helping to drive that profitability.
