Joining us today are Clarus Corporation's Executive Chairman, Warren Kanders; CFO, Mike Yates; President of Black Diamond Equipment, Neil Fiske; Management Director of Clarus' Adventure segment, Mathew Hayward; and the company's External Director of Investor Relations, Matt Berkowitz.
