Thank you, operator. I'd like to welcome everyone to the Avnet fourth quarter fiscal year 2024 earnings conference call. This morning, Avnet released financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024 and the release is available on the Investor Relations section of Avnet's website, along with a slide presentation which you may access at your convenience.

Thank you Joe and thank you everyone for joining us on our fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024 earnings call. For fiscal year 2024, we delivered $23.8 billion in revenues and $5.43 of diluted earnings per share. Looking back on fiscal year 2024, we began the year with great momentum from fiscal year 2023, which was a record year both for revenues and earnings per share.
