Thank you, Lauren. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us on our second quarter 2024 financial results and business update call.

This has been a very productive time for Humacyte. Although we were surprised to learn that the FDA needs additional time to complete their review of the ATEV, BLA in vascular trauma, the entire Humacyte team continues to engage in commercial preparation to support our planned U.S. market launch if approved.
