Thank you, Matt, and good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining our quarterly update call. Before proceeding, I'd like to thank our long-term shareholders for your ongoing support and commitment. As we discussed in recent calls, our updated strategy for PAVmed has been to strengthen its finances and long-term stability by seeking to have each of its subsidiaries be independently financeable and well-positioned to leverage PAVmed's shared infrastructure. I'm pleased at the progress we've made on this front.
