Thank you, Irina. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. Before diving into the key drivers behind our results, I would like to highlight an important milestone we achieved last quarter. As mentioned in our earnings release, we are very pleased to have entered into a partnership agreement with Codelco to jointly operate the Salar de Atacama until 2060.
