Thank you, operator. Good morning everyone and welcome to LKQ's third quarter 2024 earnings conference call. With us today are Justin Jude, LKQ's President and Chief Executive Officer; and Rick Galloway, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

I want to start by saying that our thoughts and prayers are with all of those that have been affected by the Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The Southeast, in particular, is one of LKQ's strongest regions, which is a testament to our many dedicated employees and longstanding relationships with our customers in the region.
