Good afternoon. This is Dennis Shaffer, President and CEO of Civista Bancshares, and I would like to thank you for joining us for our third quarter 2024 earnings call. I'm joined today by Rich Dutton, SVP of the company and Chief Operating Officer of the bank; Chuck Parcher, SVP of the company and Chief Lending Officer of the bank, and Ian Whinnem, SVP of the company and Chief Financial Officer of the bank; and other members of our executive team.
This morning, we reported net income for the third quarter of $8.4 million, or $0.53 per diluted share, which represents a $1.3 million, or 18% increase over the linked quarter and a $2 million decline from our third quarter in 2023.
