Thank you, Kurt, and good morning, everyone. Before we begin, I would like to recognize our employees, especially our Florida-based team members that were recently impacted by Hurricane Milton. The fast-moving storm left considerable damage across Florida, disrupting the lives of our employees in the area and many were left without power for several days. During the storm and the immediate recovery thereafter, they remained focused on safety and continued to meet the needs of our customers and our businesses, as well as support each other during the event. I want to thank them for their exceptional efforts and resilience during this challenge.
