Hello everyone and welcome to Spok Holdings third quarter 2024 earnings call. I am joined by Vince Kelly, Chief Executive Officer; Mike Wallace, President of Spok Inc. and Chief Operating Officer; and Calvin Rice, Chief Financial Officer.

Thank you, Al. Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us for our third quarter 2024 earnings call. I'm proud of the performance that our team was able to deliver in the third quarter as we continue to serve our customers at a high level and position Spok for strong performance in the fourth quarter and throughout 2025. We continue to make progress across the organization and believe that our strong operating platform and professional sales organization will result in solid, full year software bookings growth.
