Thank you, Chris, and good afternoon, everyone. We appreciate you joining us today. Before we begin, our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted by the recent natural disasters in the Southeast. Hurricane Helen and Milton have brought devastation to the region and we wish all those affected by these events a swift recovery. Many of our colleagues and customers have been directly impacted and I want to thank our team members for providing support to those in need.
